VIA is not responsible for the actions or lack thereof of the U.S. Postal Service or the Social Security Administration. All sales are final. SocialSecurityCard.net will not give any refunds. All fees are for services rendered. Services include the use of this website and bandwidth used to upload and download documents and information. Neither the $14.99 or $29.99 fee is for any documents. Application form SS-5 is a free form. VIA is not responsible for discrepancies in data due to client error. VIA is also not responsible for delays in the processing of any forms due to belated data entry of the client. Personal information should be uploaded within 48 hours of payment. If the information is not input then VIA reserves the right to mail a blank form and instructions to the customer.
